GPC Verification Program Terms

Version 2.0.

The GPC Verification Program credits approved independent analysis of one vial from an eligible delivered member kit. Request written pre-authorization within 60 days of delivery, or 90 days for an order line covered by a quality event.

Important notice for Quebec consumers

The exclusions and limits in these terms do not apply to a Quebec consumer where the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or another mandatory law does not permit them. Your legal warranty, cancellation and other non-waivable rights remain in force. This notice appears before the limitations below, as required by section 19.1 of that Act.

Eligibility and timing

Only a vial from a delivered ten-vial member kit qualifies, whether the kit came from the Canadian warehouse or GPC International Distribution. A public single vial does not qualify. Request through the account that placed the order within 60 days of delivery. A line covered by a quality event has 90 days. Current membership is not required to submit a request for an eligible past order.

Written pre-authorization

Ask GPC before transferring a vial for analysis. Identify the order line, member code, intended laboratory and analysis. For a Canadian kit, provide the GPC lot code on the vial. For an international kit, select the eligible order line; GPC validates its dispatch record. The written approval specifies the sample, scope and maximum credit.

Laboratories and evidence

GPC currently accepts Testides, Sidechain Analytics and Peptide Test Canada, or a qualified in-house method agreed in writing. Preserve the vial, labelling, storage and custody records. Submit the final report, laboratory verification link and receipt when applicable, along with photographs and other evidence required by the approval. International supplier labelling has no GPC lot code.

Account credit

For an approved and validated test, GPC credits the purchase price paid for the tested vial to the purchaser’s account. Standard identity, net-content and purity laboratory fees are credited only up to the written pre-approved maximum. Optional panels and in-house work do not earn laboratory-fee credit. Credit applies to a future order under the account-credit conditions stated at approval.

Failed result and quality event

A validated failing result opens or joins a quality event. A claim on a line already covered by a quality event is pre-approved. For a verified failed-COA member kit, GPC may reship or refund at its discretion. The choice is stated with, and remains subject to, mandatory legal rights. GPC may hold affected stock and contact affected customers through its approved quality process.

GPC may retain and review validated results for quality control and may publish a result without publicly identifying the purchaser unless permitted. A later change to this program does not alter an existing written approval. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit GPC to exclude.
