Version 1.0.
Shipped vials are not accepted for restocking or resale. Contact orders@glacierpurecompounds.com about a cancellation or a shipping error; do not send material to GPC unless written evidence-preservation instructions are issued. Reimbursement for laboratory testing a purchaser arranges independently is governed by the GPC Verification Program Terms and not by this policy.
No restocking returns
All shipped vials are final sale for restocking purposes. Once material leaves GPC’s controlled custody, GPC cannot verify that it remains untampered, continuously stored under appropriate temperature, light and moisture conditions, or handled under suitable laboratory controls. Accepting it back into saleable inventory could compromise product quality. No returned vial is restocked or resold.
Unpaid requests and cancellations before fulfilment
An unpaid Interac request expires automatically after 72 hours and no money is refunded because none was received. Contact GPC promptly to request cancellation of a paid Canadian warehouse order before it is released for picking or packing. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfilment begins. A paid GPC Distribution Center line may be cancelled for a refund before shipment unless a clearly disclosed non-cancellable procurement commitment has already been accepted in writing; such a commitment never displaces a cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded, including the right stated in the Terms to cancel a line that remains undelivered 30 days after the end of its delivery estimate. An approved cancellation refund will be issued within 15 calendar days.
Incorrect, damaged or lost shipments
Report an incorrect shipment, a missing, unreadable or inconsistent label, a quantity discrepancy, visible damage or carrier loss within 14 calendar days after delivery or the expected delivery event. Include the order number, lot identifier, tracking reference, relevant photographs and a description of the issue. Preserve the shipment and its packaging while the claim is reviewed, but do not return material unless GPC issues written evidence-preservation instructions. This reporting window is a notice period and does not shorten any statutory period. A refund, replacement or other remedy will be assessed under the order record and applicable law.
Experimental outcomes and method selection
A refund is not available solely because material did not produce an expected experimental result or was unsuitable for a purchaser-selected method, protocol or laboratory condition, or solely because published or later analytical values vary within ordinary production, storage or handling variation described in the Terms and the Certificate of Analysis Policy. A claim about identity, purity, quantity or seller error remains eligible for review under the applicable process in this policy or, for a purchaser-arranged analytical claim, under the GPC Verification Program Terms.
Independent testing reimbursement
Reimbursement for laboratory analysis that a purchaser arranges on vials already received is governed exclusively by the GPC Verification Program Terms, which states the written pre-authorization requirement, the approved laboratories, the submission conditions, the evidence GPC validates, how account credit works, what happens when a validated result fails and the timing that applies to a submission. No account credit, testing-fee reimbursement or purity-based product refund arises under this policy. Returns, cancellations before fulfilment, shipping errors, damage and carrier loss remain governed by this policy.
Refund timing and legal rights
Approved refunds under this policy are sent manually by Interac e-Transfer to the confirmed destination and are retained on the order record. Where a section above states a period for issuing a refund, that period applies. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by law or when GPC confirms an error for which it is responsible. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including the conditions consumer-protection law implies and the legal warranty applicable in Quebec.
