These terms apply to Premium and VIP member kit orders. Read them with the Terms of Sale and incorporated policies before placing an order. Membership is managed through the GPC community on Skool.
Important notice for Quebec consumers
The exclusions and limits in these terms do not apply to a Quebec consumer where the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or another mandatory law does not permit them. Your legal warranty, cancellation and other non-waivable rights remain in force. This notice appears before the limitations below, as required by section 19.1 of that Act.
Eligibility and tiers
Individuals and businesses may join if they meet the Research Use Policy, including the age and laboratory-purpose requirements. GPC sets the Premium or VIP purchasing tier from current Skool membership information, including member exports. Skool handles membership fees, billing and cancellation; GPC does not collect those fees. A Skool subscription alone does not guarantee a GPC purchasing tier until GPC records it.
Former members and pricing
When a Skool membership ends, GPC removes the GPC tier at the next sync. A former member may still access past orders and submit an eligible Verification Program request, but cannot place a new member kit order. A paid order retains the tier, lane and price recorded at purchase. Later orders use the tier and prices in force when placed; GPC may change member prices prospectively.
Member products and order rules
Members buy ten-vial kits only through the Canadian warehouse or GPC International Distribution order form. Each kit contains ten vials of the same product and fill. An order contains 3–20 kits in any mix from one warehouse. The forms do not combine warehouses in one order. Members may also buy public single vials through the public store, subject to its 1–9 per-compound limit and C$100 minimum. Member kit prices are below the public single-vial rate; VIP receives the larger discount.
Payment and shipping
Each member order is payable in full by Interac e-Transfer. Canadian member orders use standard shipping, shown at checkout. International member shipping is a flat charge shown at checkout. Checkout and the invoice show the 45-day delivery promise. The dated deadline is recorded after payment on the order page.
International orders ship directly from GPC International Distribution and usually arrive 4–6 weeks after payment; we will deliver within 45 days of payment. Much of the route, including international carriers, freight forwarding and customs, is outside our control, and forwarder tracking is limited: it is normal to see no update for two to three weeks while a shipment is in transit. We post every update we receive to your order page; check your Membership account for the latest status. Thank you for your patience.
Direct shipping and import risk
GPC International Distribution ships directly, with supplier labelling and no GPC label or lot code. The member is the importer of record for an international shipment. Before purchase, the member should consider applicable import requirements, customs review, duties, seizure risk, forwarder handling and limited tracking. These risks do not displace GPC’s delivery obligations or the member’s mandatory legal rights.
Loss, damage and failed results
Email photographs of damage and the order number to orders@glacierpurecompounds.com within 14 days of delivery. Report a suspected loss, seizure or incorrect shipment promptly. For a verified lost, seized, damaged or failed-COA kit, GPC may reship or refund at its discretion. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit GPC to exclude. A member kit may qualify for the Verification Program if requested within 60 days of delivery, or 90 days for a line covered by a quality event.
Language, changes and contact
For Quebec members, the French version of these terms prevails if the language versions differ. GPC may publish a new version for future orders; the version and content hash accepted with an order remain on its record.
