Important notice for Quebec consumers
The exclusions and limits in these terms do not apply to a Quebec consumer where the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or another mandatory law does not permit them. Your legal warranty, cancellation and other non-waivable rights remain in force. This notice appears before the limitations below, as required by section 19.1 of that Act.
Public orders and Canadian member orders
Public orders contain single vials only, 1–9 per compound. The merchandise minimum is C$100 after discounts, before tax and shipping. The lowest-priced Canadian shipping option is free from C$250 in merchandise. Canadian member kits use standard shipping, with the available rate shown at checkout. In-stock Canadian orders normally ship in 1–2 business days after full Interac e-Transfer payment. Unavailable public fills offer Notify me.
International member delivery
International orders ship directly from GPC International Distribution and usually arrive 4–6 weeks after payment; we will deliver within 45 days of payment. Much of the route, including international carriers, freight forwarding and customs, is outside our control, and forwarder tracking is limited: it is normal to see no update for two to three weeks while a shipment is in transit. We post every update we receive to your order page; check your Membership account for the latest status. Thank you for your patience.
International member shipping is a flat charge shown at checkout. One order uses one warehouse. Kits ship directly with supplier labelling, without a GPC label or GPC lot code. The member is the importer of record. Customs review, import requirements, duties and forwarder handling can affect the shipment; review these risks before purchase.
Address, tracking and problems
Provide a complete deliverable address and report corrections before shipment. We post tracking and order updates to the order page. Report damage within 14 days of delivery by emailing orders@glacierpurecompounds.com with photographs. Report suspected loss, seizure, missing contents or an incorrect shipment promptly. Preserve the material and packaging while we review the claim.
For a verified lost, seized, damaged or failed-COA member kit, GPC may reship or refund at its discretion, subject to mandatory legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit GPC to exclude.
