Shipping
Public orders
Public orders contain single vials only, 1–9 per compound. The merchandise minimum is C$100; the lowest-cost Canadian shipping option is free from C$250 in merchandise before tax.
In-stock vials normally ship from the Canadian warehouse in 1–2 business days after full Interac e-Transfer payment. For an unavailable fill, choose Notify me.
Member orders
A member order contains 3–20 kits from one warehouse.
Canadian warehouse
Available kits use standard Canadian shipping, shown at checkout.
GPC International Distribution
Kits ship directly with supplier labelling and no GPC label or lot code. Flat member shipping is shown at checkout.
International delivery
International orders ship directly from GPC International Distribution and usually arrive 4–6 weeks after payment; we will deliver within 45 days of payment. Much of the route, including international carriers, freight forwarding and customs, is outside our control, and forwarder tracking is limited: it is normal to see no update for two to three weeks while a shipment is in transit. We post every update we receive to your order page; check your Membership account for the latest status. Thank you for your patience.
The member is the importer of record. Review customs requirements and forwarder risks before ordering.
Damage, loss and returns
Report damage within 14 days of delivery by emailing orders@glacierpurecompounds.com with the order number and photographs of the material and packaging. Report missing or incorrect items, suspected loss or seizure promptly. Preserve the material during review.
For a verified lost, seized, damaged or failed-COA member kit, GPC may reship or refund at its discretion, subject to mandatory legal rights. A shipped vial is not returned to saleable stock.
