Why this program exists
Get to know what’s in your vial.
A certificate of analysis, often called a COA, is a laboratory report that records the tests performed on a sample and the results. For each production batch, or “lot,” GPC publishes the available laboratory results for a sample tested before the lot enters our inventory. We thoroughly review those results before accepting the lot.
While this testing analysis data is important and useful information, the results are based on that specific sample tested. There are many variables involved in peptide manufacturing and distribution logistics, as well as potential variations in handling during shipping, so the results may not be the most accurate representation of the specific vial delivered to you. Testing for yourself, with the vials you have, is the most accurate way of removing as many variables as possible and helps ensure the samples are appropriate for your team’s research project specifications.
This is exactly why GPC offers this unique program. It lets our research customers arrange an independent test of a vial from their own research kit. The typical standard tests check whether the peptide matches the label (identity), how much peptide is in the vial (net content), and how pure the tested sample is (purity). You receive the results in a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the vial you sent, and we credit eligible costs to your account.

The amount you paid for the tested vial
Once your approved test meets the program requirements and we validate the results, we credit the purchase price you paid for that vial. You can receive this credit whether the reported purity is below, equal to, or above 99.00%. If a result qualifies for a product refund, the refund replaces the vial credit for those same units.
The three standard tests
Identity checks which peptide is present. Net content measures the amount in the vial. Purity measures how much of the material detected by the test is the intended peptide. We credit approved fees for these tests up to the maximum in your written approval. Optional tests, such as endotoxin or heavy metals, cost extra and their fees are not credited. Testing in your own lab qualifies for vial credit only.
Use your credit on a future order
Your credit is added to your GPC account and applied at checkout on a future purchase. It cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. It expires 12 months after it is issued. GST/HST is still calculated on the full merchandise value before the credit reduces the amount you pay.
How it works
From your first request to your account credit.
Tell us what you’d like to test
After your order arrives, request pre-approval in My Account. Include your order, the product, and the GPC lot number on the vial, which is the code that identifies its production batch. Tell us which tests you want and which laboratory you plan to use.
Receive your written approval
We’ll confirm the eligible vial, laboratory, tests, vial credit, and maximum testing-fee credit in writing. Wait for this approval before sending the vial or starting any testing. Tests started beforehand are not eligible for credit.
Send your vial to the approved lab
Send the originally sealed GPC vial with its labels intact. Ask the lab to include a photo of the labelled vial and its GPC lot number in the certificate of analysis (COA). The client name on the report must be “Glacier Pure Compounds”.
Share your lab report and receipt
Send us the final COA, the lab’s invoice or receipt, and its public verification link, a webpage where we can confirm that the lab issued the report. If you’re using an approved method in your own lab, send the report and supporting records listed in your written approval instead.
We review your results and add your credit
We check the report with the lab’s verification link and your order details. If important information is missing, we’ll let you know within 10 business days. Approved credit is issued within 30 calendar days after we receive and validate a complete submission.

Talk to us before sending a vial
Every test needs written approval from GPC, requested through your account. This confirms what is eligible before you commit to testing. Tests started without approval or outside the agreed tests cannot be credited.
Choose a vial from your kit
Your test vial must come from a purchased 10-vial research kit. A sample vial purchased individually does not qualify for the program.
Each product has its own allowance
You can request approval for one vial per product code (SKU) on an order. If you ordered several different products, you can request one vial for each. A second vial of the same SKU on that order is not eligible. Declined or withdrawn requests do not use your allowance. We may decline a later request based on account history or existing customer results for the same product and lot.
Leave time for the lab to finish
The date on your final COA must be less than 60 days after your order was delivered. A report dated on day 60 or later is not eligible. Allow time for approval, shipping, and the laboratory’s work as well as for sending your request.
Choosing a laboratory
Independent labs for your testing.
Testides, Sidechain Analytics, and Peptide Test Canada are the independent laboratories currently approved for this program. GPC has reviewed their testing quality. These Canadian laboratories offer standard tests and additional testing options.
If your research team needs another laboratory to meet quality or compliance requirements, contact us before submitting your request. We’ll review the facility and see whether we can approve it. We also continue to review other laboratories to offer more choice.
A little planning helps testing go smoothly.
Agree on the method with us first
If your organization has its own laboratory equipment, we may approve a qualified testing method in writing. Your approval will name the method and the records you need to submit with the report. This option provides credit for the approved vial only; there is no laboratory-fee credit because there is no outside lab invoice.
Ask the lab how long testing will take
Contact the lab before requesting approval to check its current turnaround time. Allow enough time for a final report dated before day 60 after delivery. Approved laboratories can change, so use the lab named in your written approval.
Preparing your results
Help us connect the report to your vial.
Keep the original label intact
Use a vial from the research-kit order named in your approval. Ask the lab to include a photo of that vial in the COA, with the original GPC label intact and unaltered. This helps us confirm which sample was tested.
Include the GPC lot number
The lot number is the code printed on your vial that identifies its production batch. Make sure it is readable on the label and included in your submission so we can match the result to the correct lot.
Use “Glacier Pure Compounds”
Ask the lab to enter “Glacier Pure Compounds” exactly as the client name on the COA. Let the lab know before it prepares the report: we cannot validate a certificate issued under a different client name.
Send the COA and verification link
The lab’s public verification link lets us check the report against its records. By submitting the final COA and link, you allow GPC to keep and use them, including publishing them on the lot page. We will not publicly identify you without permission or other lawful authority.
If testing finds a problem
A qualifying failed result means a product refund.
If an eligible report from the approved independent lab shows one of the failures below, we confirm the result with that lab. Once validated, we refund the amount you paid for the affected product code (SKU) from your original order. The result also starts an internal quality review.
How the refund works:
- Your product refund is sent by Interac e-Transfer within 30 calendar days after we receive and validate a complete, eligible submission.
- The refund covers the affected SKU from that order. Other products in the order are not included.
- Approved standard testing fees remain account credit, even when a result fails. Fees for optional tests are not credited.
- You receive the product refund instead of a vial credit for the same units; the two are not added together.
The labelled peptide is not identified
This test checks whether the sample contains the peptide named on the label. A failed identity result must be recorded on the report we validate.
The amount does not match the label
This test measures the quantity in the vial. A failed result means the validated report records that the amount does not match the labelled quantity.
The reported purity is below 99.00%
The report must show a purity value below 99.00% for the tested vial. A value of exactly 99.00% or higher, with no other failed test, does not qualify for a product refund. Eligible account credit is still available.
The bacterial endotoxin test fails
This additional test checks for endotoxins, substances from certain bacteria. A failure must be recorded on the validated report. The test can qualify you for a product refund, but its additional fee is not credited.

This additional test checks for contamination by heavy metals. A failure must be recorded on the validated report. The test can qualify you for a product refund, but its additional fee is not credited.
