From production batch to catalog

  1. Manufacturing batch

    Samples are submitted for production-run verification before GPC labelling and distribution.

  2. Independent laboratory

    The laboratory tests the submitted sample and issues a certificate of analysis (COA) with the reported findings.

  3. COA Coalition record

    The Coalition links the report and its search code to the batch record and participating vendors.

  4. GPC catalog lot

    GPC maps the evidence to the corresponding catalog fill and lot so you can compare the record with your vial.

Why the COA name or vial photo may look different

The certificate documents a manufacturing sample tested before GPC applies its labels. It may name the manufacturer or submitting partner instead of Glacier Pure Compounds, and its photos may show unlabelled vials. The Coalition’s vendor listing provides the connection to GPC; the report and lot records provide the batch-specific evidence.

Cap colours and packaging can vary, including within a large production run. Cap colour alone does not identify a manufacturing batch. Verify the product, fill, lot and search code against the records rather than relying on a visual match. If those records do not agree, contact us before relying on the COA.

What the Published Results Tell You

A certificate of analysis (COA) is a laboratory report on one sample from one production batch at one point in time. Match the lot number printed on your vial to the lot shown with the results above.

The report is evidence about that sample and batch. It is not a direct test of every vial after shipping, storage or handling.

How GPC Uses Batch Evidence

Every lot offered for sale must have publishable laboratory results tied to that lot. GPC reviews those results when selecting inventory, holds inventory testing to a 99.00% acceptance standard for the purity reported on the batch certificate, and names the issuing laboratory beside the results.

These controls strengthen the evidence behind the lot. They still cannot show the condition of the exact vial in your lab after delivery.

How to Test a Vial From Your Order

After delivery, request written pre-approval in your GPC account before testing or sending anything. The program covers one vial per product SKU, per order, from an eligible delivered 10-vial research kit. Individual sample-vial purchases are not eligible.

Use the laboratory or qualified in-house method named in the approval. For a complete, valid submission, GPC credits the price paid for the tested vial. Approved third-party fees for identity, net content and purity may also be credited, up to the written limit. The full program terms control every request.
